About Santiago
Santiago Vergara: Founder of Lotus Training, has a B.S. In Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport, classically trained in Vipassana meditation and practicing Buddhism for over 10 years.
Clients to date range from D1 cross country runners, semi pro soccer players, power lifters, military (enlisted and reserves: Navy, Marines, Airforce, & Army), and 100+ pound transformations.

In this session I learn about the clients' Training History, their goals, and their training needs!
Afterwards we do a movement evaluation so I know how to program optimally for that individual client!
