As a child I battled with childhood obesity and I would try different diets, exercises and even join different sports teams at my school to aid in my goal to become healthy, fit and strong. As I grew, I would meet people who was and even more passionate about self-improvement than I was and they would teach me different nutrition and fitness techniques that I could use to achieve my goal. Later, my love and passion for fitness would only increase and I started to help people with the same goals that I had when I was younger. As time went on, my knowledge continue to increase and I decided to turn my love and passion for fitness into a business.

About the lesson

Once a client and I have agreed on a package and they have made their first down payment (at least half of their overall amount of the package), the first session with me is free. I used that to do a general assessment of your overall strength, past or present injuries and also go more in depth of the fitness goals you would like to accomplished. After that I will start to work on your weakness before we get to your fitness goals, whether it may be to lose or gain weight.

15 years old - 65 years old
