About Joel
My style of training is geared toward helping my clients with weight loss, strength gain, athletic performance, nutritional guidance, and injury recovery.
I have over 5 years of experience in training clients of almost all fitness levels and ages. I have my B.S. in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University.
My certifications include NCSF Personal Trainer, Kettlebells lvl 1 & 2, ViPR, and Pre and Postnatal.
I enjoy knowing the impact I can have on someone's life. The ability to help someone reach a goal previously thought as impossible is truly priceless.
After college started doing personal training and loved the environment and helping people. Seeing someone go from thinking certain things like a single pull up is impossible to doing 10 is truly a rewarding feeling.

1 assesment and 1 complimentary session to assess what are the goals/fitness level of the client.
Worked with as young as 7 years old to as far as 85 years old clients.
Make sure that you are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and has experience in the area you need help with the most. By doing this you will ensure results and your investment in your health will be well worth it.
In 1 year of working with one of my clients she was able to get off of 10 of her 13 different medications. The best part was after that she and her husband were finally able to concieve a child because she was no longer on all the medications that were preventing her from concieving.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joel and Awakened Strength. He was very professional and it was evident he has a passion to see all of his clients reach their optimal level of health. I highly recommend working with him if you are serious about making real changes in your overall lifestyle.
What I liked was the corrective exercise that are incorporated in the workout. This increases my range of motion and alleviated a lot of pain from old injuries.
