About Melina
I focus on developing self love and acceptance while striving to bring out the best in you, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am ACE certified and have experienced my own ups and downs in my own health and fitness journey.
I love seeing people feel better about themselves and realize they are stronger and more capable than they realized
After 10 years of working in bars as a bartender and leading a very unhealthy lifestyle I found myself unhappy and unfulfilled. I wanted to make a change in my life and get back to a healthier me, i started training and helping others get on track and quickly found out that helping others was a huge motivation for me.
I am an ACE certified personal trainer. However most of my knowledge and experience comes from growing up in a family of trainers and gym owner. As a child i spent countless hours in gyms and developed my own love and passion for fitness. As an adult i have experienced highs and lows with in my own journey.

look for somebody who understands your needs and you feel comfortable communicating with.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be clear about your goals and what you want to accomplish. Ask trainers what method of training they use with most of their student. How they believe they can help you with your goals and journey.
