About Ela
I've been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor since 2012. However, my passion for wellness took a pivotal turn when I was diagnosed with a chronic illness (Ulcerative Colitis) in 2015. So, I delved into what I do best: learning! And, two years later, was able to come off all medication, become a Nutrition Coach, AND have a new lifestyle I love.
It became clear to me that chronic wellness was achieved by learning how to enjoy your life, regardless of what life throws your way. Which is why, in 2020, I also became a certified Life Coach.
I help people who are struggling with chronic conditions learn to thrive by cultivating their own lifestyles of resilient wellness.
I offer Personal Training, Nutrition, and Life Coaching sessions remotely and professionally. I have a small studio in Somerville, MA and am willing to travel for an extra fee. I have packages for individuals, partners and groups with either 30min or 55min options. Before accepting payment, I will want to schedule a complimentary remote appointment to make sure we are a good fit.

Hope to hear from you soon!
I enjoy meeting new people and tailoring my service(s) to fit their needs. Happy clients = happy life!
I was an enthusiastic participant of a group exercise class in college (Cardio Kickboxing), and was asked to take over the class when the teacher graduated. And, I never looked back!

First things first, we set up a time for a complimentary session to clarify goals, obstacles and gather important information.
If you're hiring me as a Personal Trainer, the 50min complimentary session will also include a movement evaluation to understand what parts of your body need more strength and stability, and what areas need more mobility.
If you're hiring me as a Nutrition or Life Coach, the 30min complimentary session will be preceded with a simple information intake to gain clarity of where you are now, and where you'd like to be in the future.
After the complimentary session, I will recommend which package of mine would suit you and your needs best!
I have worked with young adults in their late teens all the way to older adults in their 70s. I absolutely love getting to meet new people and enhance their lives with all my skills and knowledge.
However, although I work with a few men, most of my clients tend to be women in their late 20s to late 50s.
Make sure you connect and trust your teacher! Trust is essential when you're looking to grow and be challenged.
