The biggest difference is having someone there with you as motivation and accountability. the positive and encouraging environment is a plus and difference maker. My favorite part has to be the attentiveness with my program and also the live workouts in which feedback is available
My mindset around fitness was a bit stagnant. I've been training for a very long time and I think I was in a bit of a plateau and almost bored of my fitness. Happily Whole got me excited about working out and made me realize that I can do more than I thought I could!
