About John
As an Award Winning Fitness Life Skilks author I teach how physical learning happens
intuitively
instinctively and
in-whole brain fashion
this multidisciplinary approach enables me to help you improve the functionality of exercise on your body
If you are an avid intermittent or a non exerciser, you need to know how to decipher your calorie code
how to organize exercise work flow
how to navigate the four phases of fitness
Utilize the bodys five categories of strength
Tap advancing levels of muscle memory
and how to apply modem and meaningful self test tools in order to consistently and sustainably achieve the willpower you want with the degree of motivation you have
My decades of experience helps you shorten the fitness learning curve, melt unwanted body fat, and derive a clarity of purpose.
To begin unlocking the three gateways to motivation.
Your fitness journey would begin with a discovery session
Which can be done via
virtually via zoom or face book messenger
telephonically by phone or text
or in-person at my fitness center or your home environment
On Facebook you can learn more
