About Joseph
Hi, my name is Joseph. I had become the out of shape teenager with low self confidence so when I was 14, I decided to start my exercise journey. I saw results very quickly which was very rewarding and allowed me to develop a passion for exercise. This passion of exercise lead to a Exercise Science degree and a ACSM personal trainer certification. I started my career as a certified personal trainer in 2011.
My passion is helping people better themselves and work towards reaching their goals.
