About Matthew
Hi everyone... my name is matt quick story. I had a rough time during covid and hit rock bottom but when there, i found the only thing that got me to climb out and completely reinvent my self was a combination of fitness, boxing/mauy thai and meditation.
so, im here to pass that on to the next person.
my sessions consist of a 40 mins fitness, 30 mins boxing, or muay thai ( your choice) and ends with 15 min guided meditation.
I've been involved in fitness and martial arts for almost 20 years and have been practicing meditation for the last 5. i absolutely love what I do and consider myself one of the lucky ones who get to do what they love for a living.
I look forward to answering any questions and starting you on your new fitness/life journey.
