About Emma
I am a young student and professional who has a B.S. in Health and Exercise science as well as Collegiete studies in Nutrition. Further, I am not studying a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, which is the rehabilitation and training people in their day to day activities. I am extremely passionate in helping others maximize their potention, become healthier, become the director of their futures, and holders of knowledge. I am CPR certified and have experience coaching all ages in multiple sports and health subjects. I am excited to offer my knowledge and services and most of all work with my client to develop their own goals and support those.
B.S. Health and Exercise Science
Minor in Nutritional Sciences
8+ yrs. Coaching experience with all ages and a variety of subjects (academic tutoring, athletics, new skills, etc.)
CPR Certification
Currently enrolled in Doctoral level healthcare degree.

I have worked with anyone from 3 yr olds, to 50 somethings on swimming, education, nutrition, and training subjects.
Be open and honest about where you are, what you want, and what you are realistically able to introduce into your current routine. Wellness (mind, body, spirit), is all about finding balance and wanting something too quick is a sure way to fail. You must be dedicated to the process and enjoy the little victories on the path to great success :)
