About Rhonda
My passion is to help women feel more confident in their bodies. As an Elite Certified Personal Trainer, I help women transform their lives and bodies. Helping women love to learn to lift weights not only helps them physically but mentally as well. I train my clients at Snap Fitness in North Raleigh or if they have a well equipped home gym or an apartment gym, I train them there. I also have online training programs. Clients who train with me receive a FREE gym membership, first month meal plans and Nutritional guidance.
I enjoy transforming lives. I love motivating, encouraging and uplifting my clients. There are days when they want to give up or say they "can't" do something. I help bring the BEST out of them and show them that they can do and achieve anything they set their mind to do.

About the lesson

After booking a fitness consultation, the potential client meets me at the gym. I give them a tour of the gym, talk about their goals, nutrition and we do a mini workout session. I then go over pricing. The client pays for their sessions package through my website and they schedule their days to workout.
I ask the client to give me 3 days to work on their custom meal plans and workouts before they book their sessions.
On the first day of training, I take their measurements and record them for progress for each month.
