In college I fell in love with exercise and movement and never look back. I have been privileged to have only worked in this industry all my life. I've have had the privilege to have tought classes to physical Therapist and movement professionals from all over the country.
An Exercise Physiologists with over 25 years of experience and 15 years specializing in Chronic Pain. Education is an ongoing process and joy. Certified in Applieed Functional Science, Aplies Movement Neurology, Zhealth (Neuroscience) Total Motion Release ( Physical Therapy Technique) Ascociatte Awareness Technique (Physical Therapy Technique). Our evaluation process is designed to understand you as a person not a diagnosis of "you name it and blame it" We educate your on how your entire body is one system, not an injury/pain area. We evaluate systems like Visual, Vestibular, Proprioceptive as an example and create a process that is unique to you, to help you start your recovery process.
Chronic Pain students and especial populations with movement difficulties.
Many Therapists or coaches claim to have " expertise" One suggestion is to ask how many hours of Continuing Education they take per year? This will make a world of difference.
Zhealth course, learning how the body works through a neurological lens is fascinating.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How much experience they have? Have they worked with a case uniquely to you? Ask for references? Are they more concerned with your "diagnosis" or you as a person?? Pay attention to their listening skills?
