About Chris
I've been personal training for over 9 years, 6 of which I trained clients at Rutgers University in their recreation centers. Currently I train people here at my farm and at their homes or in public spaces. My focus is on outdoor training, showing people how you don't need fancy equipment or gym memberships to exercise, and you can do it while enjoying the great outdoors! I also teach parkour, a fun and playful holistic approach to fitness focused on movement with obstacles. Ultimately, I cater exercise to the individual based on what they find enjoyable and what is appropriate for them based on their goals. Your own enjoyment of exercise is vital to your longterm success!
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
FMS Level 1 Certified
