I get you to your goals- not just give you workouts! Custom nutrition coaching will be a big priority with our program!
I left my career managing dozens of trainers at a leading big box location. The focus of my job was largely based on sales rather than service.
I believe that a successful business is built on the service. Get the clients the coaching, accountability, and caring they need and deserve- and help them win the results they desire.
I started Underground Fitness Personal Training back in 2012, and we've grown to multiple locations with our philosophy.
If you are looking for a trainer, do yourself a favor and meet with me so you can make the best decision possible.
There is nothing better than to coach a client, that has struggled for so long to achieve the body they desire, finally make the life changes needed to succeed.
I made those changes myself about 10 years ago- I worked with a fantastic trainer to help change my body and achieve results I never dreamed possible. It was so impactful in my life (energy, self-esteem, confidence, health), that I decided I wanted to help others make that change as well.
My degree is originally in economics and I worked in the corporate world after college. I worked with a phenomenal trainer and achieved results I never thought possible. I was hooked- and decided to follow my passion and help others achieve the same results that I had.
I have multiple advanced certifications in exercise and nutrition coaching.

We don't just work out for the sake of working out! Everyone needs a different plan for exercise and nutrition to account for differences in schedule, tastes and preferences, injuries and limitations, prior experience, etc. I always begin with a consultation in order to learn about you and your lifestyle. This is necessary so that I can develop a plan that will set you up for success.
Over the past 8 years I've worked with people of all types from 12 to 86, from athletes to those 200 pounds overweight to clients with severe injuries or disabilities.
Look for a COACH, not just someone who can give workouts. A monkey can give a tough workout- but you'll need a coach to both develop AND hold you accountable to the right nutritional and exercise programs that work within your lifestyle and tastes.
Most people fail many times before they succeed. Work smart, not just hard!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Are you ready to make a decision (I AM going to lose weight), not just state a preference (I'd LIKE to lose weight)? There is a big difference between the two- success is a mindset!
