About Matthew
We create unique fitness and nutrition programs designed to meet our clients needs and goal. Specialing in several areas including strength and aerobic coditioning, functional moblity, flexibility and personalized nutrition programs.
I enjoy helping people and being involved in fitness allows me to this in numerous ways. It helps people feel better about themselve and foster an improved self image. I like to watch the transformation of people as they become stronger, leaner, faster, more flexible and overall healthier. I also enjoy the challenge of developing and implementing a fitness and nutrition plan which a client enjoys and modify it as needed. This personalized attention helps adherence and engagement by the client.

I like to ask them what there goals and time frame to achieve those goals. I ask them general questions about what they like or dislike about fitness routines and try to find activities which they enjoy which can be implemented into their exercise routine so that I can adapt the program to activities that they like or display functional exercise movements which can be implement to improve a hobby or sport which they like ( I.E. Golf, Tennis, Biking, Archery....even Fishing). I conduct physical assessment such heart rate, blood pressure, waste to hip circumference, VO2 max, body fat assessments, blood pressure, a medical questionairre, flexibility testing, height and body weight measurements as well as dietary, nutrition and lifestyle choices which might be areas to improve. These assessments help me to determine a basiline level of where they are starting as well as realistic goals and a time frame to achieve those goals.
