About Charlie
Success lies in making a plan that fits your lifestyle, not trying to make your lifestyle fit into a plan. Figure out where you are and what’s in your way, then change as little as possible to get where you want to be.
When you work with Dr. Seltzer and hos team team, you get more than just a weight loss solution: you get a comprehensive program customized to your needs, complete with regular support and encouragement.
