About Ken
The Goal is to find balance in your life with being fit and healthy in the mind, body, and soul. Bliss arrives when you are in your best overall shape and have balance. We help people achieve this finding themselves in the best shape of their lives. We love helping each client through the process to arrive to ultimate happiness.
Helping people comes from within, it's a sense of selflessness teaching people how to be their best self. The Green Verve translates to New Enthusiasm, we assist it coaching clients to find their inner fire and become very fit and healthy.
I helped friends and family find health and wellness and was told I am good at it. From there I made the transition and now operate and own my own business to help others find this wellness and happiness.
All our trainers and I are ISSA certified!

We conduct a new start consultation and workout consisting of 1.5 hours to meet and learn necessary information about each client before starting a program. Regardless of the clients fitness level we start light and customize a program for each client individually.
We have worked with all age groups and fitness levels.
Do your homework and test out any program before buying a package. Training is a personal choice and there has to be a good match.
Our testing is conducted quarterly and seeing the results is amazing. We love to show results!!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
medical history, past injuries, have goals in mind, be completely honest and ready to work hard. They must have an open mind !!
