About Eddie
My service stand out any body else is my experienced and skill. I want to inspire, motivate and help clients whether you want to learn training and nutrition.
I been a fitness trainer for over 20 years, experienced in amateur bodybuilding for 10 years and has worked with local gyms in the area. I'm very motivated, passionate about individuals looking to improve their fitness goals and has been designing custom programs to improve cardiovascular health, shape, tone , technique , form , coordination, weight loss, muscle strength, diet and nutrition for healthy lifestyles. I just want to help people save life and achieving there fitness goals.
I started when i join a local gym 30 yrs ago. training myself improved my body, learning from different people , professional bodybuilder, weightlifter, attending workshop for wellness, get certified for personal trainer. I believed that this is the profession i want to pursue, to help people reaching their fitness goal and lifestyle.

Kids- 15 yrs old and up training for sports or just improve their well-being.
middle age- lose weight, improve strength, tone muscle and improve cardiovascular.
senior- 60 yrs old and up- improved flexibility, strength, balance and well-being.
I advice a student is to look for a world class trainer that has experienced, knowledge, credential, motivated, passionate and give you a variety of training program not just training but also nutrition.
the event i was fond with is the HIIT boot camp training either gym or park.
