About Kellie
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM certified) since October 2019 and started my business in June 2021. I am dedicated to helping those who want help to reach the goals they have been trying to reach or haven't started because they didn't know where to start.
I love helping others feel their best in the body they were given and get Fit for themselves. Health and fitness is so much more than just reaching an ideal body weight or an ideal body image, but you gain a whole new mindset throughout the process. I've personally experienced this feeling and want to help others feel their best and live their best lives. Let's reach those goals!

I created my program, Fit 4 U Wellness, to help others get fit for themselves and no one else. I enjoy being able to help others focus on what is best for their body versus other bodies because society has engrained a certain body type in females minds and not every female is the same, nor will their body do the same things.
I went through my own health and fitness journey and learned so much along the way. Once I reached my goals, I was super passionate about helping others achieve that feeling and reach their goals. I set out to become a Certified Personal Trainer right away.

I offer two different programs, one-on-one personal training (Empowered Boss Wellness) and monthly online group membership (Fit 4 U Wellness).
Joining Fit 4 U Wellness is quick and simple. Simply go to (concealed information) and check out what the program entails and then click the links on the page to join from there.
Empowered Boss Wellness is a more intricate process to join, as I like to talk with individuals before they join the program to make sure we are a good fit to work together.
If you're ready to reach your goals and have either been struggling to get the results or don't know where to start, the best way to get there is invest in yourself. When you invest in yourself, the rest will fall into place.

Details
Fit 4 U Wellness is $29/month and includes 6 workouts each week (between 30 & 40 minutes), weekly sample meal plans, grocery lists, bi-weekly group coaching calls, supportive Facebook Group, and so much more.
Empowered Boss Wellness pricing varies based upon the goals of each client and how many times they will be looking to train. Plans are personalized, so the price is also personalized.
The minimum requirement for Empowered Boss Wellness is 3 months, as that is when clients will start seeing results and being able to maintain the habits learned through my program. Programs can be 6 or 12 months also and continued on a month-to-month basis once the original program is completed.
