About Brian
I use the client's current fitness level and skill, along with their available time and equipment to develop a training plan to help them reach their goals. I work with eveyday people looking to tone, lose weight, and/or build muscle, as well as runner and triathletes getting started or reaching new goals. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Triathlon Coach and Certified Running Coach.
Seeing people reach their goals without getting injured.
I was managing a running shoe store and developed a Couch to 5K program. This grew into assisting with middle and high school cross country teams. I added coaching triathletes after getting very involved in the sport. My latest additions are becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

I am looking to work with anyone who has a goal to improve or add a new skill.
To help me develop the most effective training plan, the client needs to provide as much information about their current fitness level, skills, strengths and weakness, as well as their goals and available time and equipment.
Teaching Cycle Classes has become a passion of mine. I am able to teach others a new skill and improve the cardio and muscular fitness levels.
