About Jean

Welcome! I help people become their best selves through training including strength, conditioning, and nutrition. I love seeing how training transforms my clients lives into what they want for themselves.

I meet clients where they stand on their road to fitness and plan workouts to help them achieve their goals, whether they are new to fitness, getting back on track, or are very fit and seeking a new challenge.

Each of my clients can expect a truly personal training experience meaning that what we do will be based on their goals. I assess strength in each plane of motion, look at flexibility and mobility, and review body composition. Clients can expect nutritional guidance, conditioning support, and a full strength training program with flexibility and mobility incorporated.

I offer small-group personal training at my home gym with a two or three day per week option. I also train at Crunch Johns Creek with many session options from one-on-one to small groups. I have been training for five years.

My Business Mission Statement:

I believe the power of the workout is transformative. Through strength training, self doubt can turn into confidence, weakness can become strength, and internal transformation occurs as we take each action.

Because the client’s goals are the center of the workout regular communication, body fat percentage, and measurements will be taken. At this time, we will also visit and revisit goals to make sure progress is continuous.

Training is a catalyst for positive change inside and outside of the gym.

About the lesson

Personal trainer lessons offered by Jean are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Norcross. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
