About Kyerin
I help people get results fast and teach them how to make them last. Health is a journey not a destination. I help people make life changing transformations.
I enjoy working with people that are committed to their health and watching them progress and succeed at achieving their goals
I started teaching fitness and pain management after I went through my own injuries and sports training and loved the fact that I could rid of my own pain and enhance my performance. And doing things efficiently always fascinated me so I sought out different modalities to make getting rid of pain and training as efficient as possible
I have my Bachelors in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton
Certified Massage Therapist
Certified is Muscle Activation Techniques
Certified in Propioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflex
Constantly studying training, pain and psychology to help my clients get the best value
Experienced in helping people heal from pain, physically and emotionally.

I take the student through an evaluation process to understand what the student wants as well as what they need. Then create a plan with them to help reach their goal.
I have worked with athletes, kids, and older generation
People that had scoliosis, back pain, bone on bone knee pain, sprains and strains, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis
I would say to make sure they have a plan of action after doing an assessment.
I have helped a 66 year old women walk up and down stairs without knee pain and walk for more than a mile without knee pain.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

The best thing about working with Control The Basics is definitely the trainer.
Since working with Control The Basics, I have gone from a life of constant pain and immobility to one of full mobility with virtually no pain. There is also an emotional training element that has been equally beneficial to my overall wellness.
The bottom line is, Control The Basics is really a one stop shop where ALL of your health and wellness issues can be addressed and resolved. I highly, highly recommend Control The Basics.
Kyerin is the man! He’s very attentive to what your goals are, and knows how to get you there. Super great guy too. I highly recommend to everybody!
