About Maja
Hi! My name is Alexandra (Alexa) and I am a nutritionist and personal fitness trainer that puts all of my efforts into helping people lead a healthy lifestyle with programs that are easy to follow, not tedious, and work with their schedule and budget.
ABOUT ME:
I am a former nurse who is deeply passionate about healthy living and fitness. Throughout my career, I saw firsthand the negative impact that poor nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle can have on a person's health. Witnessing this made me realize that I wanted to do something about it.
This passion has led me to become an advocate for healthy living. I want to spread the message that healthy food can be just as delicious as the unhealthy options that are often marketed to us. I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, and that starts with taking care of our bodies and minds.
In addition to promoting healthy eating habits, I am also a huge fitness enthusiast. I believe that staying active is one of the keys to living a healthy life, both physically and mentally. Whether it's running, weightlifting, or practicing yoga, I love finding ways to challenge my clients to bring out their inner best.
Overall, my goal is to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives. I believe that small steps can lead to big results, and that anyone can start making healthier choices today.
