About Kevin
I've lost 100lbs since high school, and I'm now in pretty decent shape. As a result, I completely understand what it's like to be on both sides of the fitness spectrum, so I can easily empathize with and encourage others. In addition to that, I'm certified with NASM, insured, and constantly educating myself to help clients as best as I can.
I'm certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have learned from the Equinox education system. As previously mentioned, I've also lost 100lbs, so I'm also able to relate with people who are having a tough time getting through a program.

About the lesson

We would meet in person at the gym we'll work at (either on W 67th St or W 55th St) and discuss goals, past experiences, injuries, etc. to determine the best plan of action going forward. We would then move on to scheduling and payment. After that, we'd get started and set up our first session.
Make sure that you and the professional respect each other's time.
I had a client double his pull ups in a month.
