Wilson Performance gives you Online Personal Training! 100% online training gets you a personalized training program for you every month (4week blocks), to fit your goals, wants and needs! You also receive sample grocery lists, sample meal plan guide and communication with me to help you with anything that I can possible help you with. I put together the ground work and planning and you put in the work!
With online personal training is gives you everything you need to have a plan of attack for the gym and your nutrition as well as giving you the freedom to train around your schedule (which the program will be built around) and your lifestyle!
I decided to take my personal training online to help give me the opportunity to help as many people as I can rather than being restricted to a certain area!

About the lesson

The process is very simple! I'll have a new client fill out some online documents (waiver, intake form, etc) then I will have them do a small assessment. They will video themselves doing a couple basic movements so I can see what movements they have trouble with and I can build their program around them to strength those weaknesses as well as build on the strengths. Once I have that information I will build phase 1 of the programming and send it out to them via Dropbox within a couple of days along with some sample nutrition information (meal plan, grocery list, etc). Every week I'll check in on the client to see how they are doing as well as see if there is anything they might want to change in the next program of if there is any exercise they have a problem with so I can switch them out along with just seeing how things are going! Every 4 weeks the client will receive a new program that builds off the last one to ensure progress!
