About Melanie
I am also a Physical Therapist Assistant which gives me a different outlook on weight training and making sure it is performed correctly to prevent future injuries. Playing sports my whole life made me very passionate about health and staying active.
Seeing my clients progress and their faces when they achieve a goal they didn’t think they could. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge on why each exercise is being performed and the importance of it.
I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and also USA-W certified.
