First and foremost we need to knowand plan for our goals! then after, i provide my clients with a physical fitness assessment in order to make an accurate estimate as to how long until we reach our short term goals and how to stay on the right path for the long term. These physical fitness assesments will also become apart of our training to further observe hour progress accurately
