About Kannel
My name is Kannel and I am a certified personal trainer. I have always been passionate about health and fitness. as a young girl I struggled with my insecurities and didn't feel good in my own skin. Soon enough I found myself going to gym more than I could ever imagined. taking care of my health made some significant changes in my life and helped me feel good inside and out. my hobbie turn into a passion and became my career. I specialize in strength training, weight loss, weight training, High Intensity Interval Training, bootcamp, functional training, beginner strength training . I am also a bodybuilder which means that discipline, consistency and hard work are the key to success. To be honest, you will struggle, stumble, beat yourself down. you will even want to give up. But like I always say, hard work always pays off, and giving up is not an option. It is a mental state that prevents you from reaching your full potential. It s a mental state that derails you from knowing the better you. Whatever your goals are, stay focused, committed and everything else will follow through.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I love interacting with different personalities. It takes a strong mind, great personality and character to inspire, motivate, lead, coach, train and educate people who have needs. I have been working out since I was 15 years old . For me, in order to stay healthy, fit.... consistency, commitment, hard work and discipline are key. It is a lifestyle and unfortunately it is in human nature to be lacking of these attributes. If you are not mentally ready it doesnt matter how hard you get pushed, motivated....it won t work. sometimes I do encounter clients struggling with their lack of discipline....not only I am a trainer but also a coach. I guide my clients, and help them find that inner strength that will empower them to want to fight and start living a healthier lifestyle. Again, you need to be mentally ready and the rest will fall into place. I found myself mentally, spiritually and physically by maintaining a consistent healthy lifestyle and I hope to help many others go through their journey. Remember you only have one body. Take care of it because you deserve it! Like I always say, no pain no gain! Be healthy! Be stong! Stay Fit! Looking forward to being your trainer. Ps.
