About Paul

Hi I’m Paul, as a professional Fitness & Nutrition Coach , my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your schedule, health, and fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I'm very passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness. Throughout the years, my business has grown but my focus has always remained consistent; I'm here to help people lose weight, identify food sensitivities, and improve nutrition through custom meal plans and counseling. I really started training my friends and family and they would all get results being consistent .Then just when i thought to myself... i love to training people and see them achieve their goals.

Ive been training for 12 years and im also a certified trainer and nutritional coach through ISSA . I have been in sports most of my life and i can bring that training and intensity to my clients.

About the lesson

I have important duties and responsibilities to reach fitness goals set out for their clients. These duties and responsibilities may include:

Creating personalized workout routines to improve muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular health.

Setting fitness goals and monitoring their clients’ progress

Give dietary advice and producing plans to help clients eat healthy meals.

Instructing clients to use gym equipment properly to complete their workout

It isnt easy but when you stick the plan and trust the process you will get results .
