About Allison
I am certified and pre/post natal training, weight Loss, strength and conditioning and functional training.
I love helping my clients become the best versions of themselves through nutrition and training!
I’ve been working at equinox the past 2 years. I’ve obtained many certifications ranging from using specific tools such as barbells and kettlebells. To working with special demographic such as clients with injuries, pregnant women and special needs.
