I know what it is like to be delivered life and near death experiences that require resolve and determination to survive and thrive! At 37 years old I was a single woman raising three young children, working as a successful personal trainer and special education teacher, beautiful life! I suffered a broken neck while doing a backflip in a blow-up bouncy castle playing with my sons, and was given devastating news... certain paralysis and a 3% chance of living. My dream changed, my vision changed, and my life changed FOREVER!I My sole focus became healing myself and I miraculously healed through a holistic Body, Mind & Soul approach!
Inspired by personal experience, Body & MInd Fitness stretched beyond personal training to become an elite holistic lifestyle coaching studio offering many services under one roof. THERE IS NO "ONE SIZE FITS ALL!" We've assembled a team of highly skilled experts and elite coaches to offer programs that focus on balancing the synergy of body (fitness, wellness & nutrition coaching), mind (thought-process, core value and goal setting coaching) and soul (meditation, rest, self-love healing) to motivate and inspire people to achieve their PERSONAL BEST.

The service focuses on each individual, be it in small groups or private. The instructors and or trainers are all certified and really put their knowledge and training into each movement. A quality workout each time. The facility is very clean and maintained throughout the day. My overall body mechanics have changed noticably to give me better posture and a stronger back.
