About Lisa
I always do a different workout each session tailored for the individual needs and goals. I have free workouts for my clients to use when they are not with me. Each video can be done in the privacy of their own home and don't require equipment.
I have a great studio in my own home that offers privacy. I have a lot of different equipment that allows me to do many different workouts with each client. I do small group specialty classes as well such as Barre, Pilates and bootcamp.
I love watching people transform their bodies and their lives. I love being a part of that transformation!
I started taking aerobic classes and loved it. I got into personal training because I like to work one on one with people to achieve their fitness goals
I am an AFAA certified personal trainer since 1995.
i continually take continuing education to stay at the top of my profession and understand current fitness trends.

I do a free consultation where we discuss fitness goals etc.
All ages with all fitness levels
Make sure to check credentials of the trainer and be comfortable with the workout environment and the trainer. If it doesn't feel like a good fit it isn't.
Make sure the trainer doesn't take a "one size fits all" mentally, but rather creates workouts based exclusively on you and your needs.
