About Charles
Worked extensively with NHL, Division I, Division II, High School, and performance training centers. Experience and expertise include but are not limited to: Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting testing analytics. Creating, designing and implementing athlete testing protocol. Protocol includes performance and resistance, physiological, and psychological testing for evaluating individual athletes and teams to best prescribe and administer appropriate protocol. Collaborating with general managers and assistant general managers for professional sports teams, with multiple levels and departments of administration, and hundreds of coaches and sports medicine personnel. These cohesive relationships are pertinent in order to take full advantage of all resources available. This provided invaluable information to develop and improve athleticism, prevent injury, prepare athletes for competition, management, and preparing the injured and post-op athletes to be mainstreamed for competition.

- Over twenty years’ experience designing strength and conditioning programs in a variety of different sports at the professional high school, and collegiate levels
