Showing people they CAN change for the better, while having a great time doing it. Learning about the body and sharing it's awesome abilities and secrets with my clients.
Sick and tired of subpar coaching from people who only care about their clients as numbers on a paycheck, or using them as props for advertisement. Decided then that if those types can train people with their tactics, then i can do a better job. Here i am

Ask questions. If the coach can't answer why, or worse gets mad that you ask why, he's not the coach you should be with.
An athlete I trained with told me he shredded his knee and was told he would never be able to fight again; after our work together he is currently on the path towards becoming a pro fighter and he wouldn't have this opportunity had we not worked together.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Why
Also the coach should be asking questions as well
