About The

The Dailey Method is an orthopedically aligned exercise that focuses on alignment and targets and strengthens the smaller muscles. Our studio offers various levels of TDM Barre including Gentle, Basics, Fusion and Interval classes as well as Yoga and Dailey Cycle. Dailey Cycle is 40 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on stretching, arms and abdominals.

I enjoy creating an atmosphere that is inviting and unintimidating where clients can focus on themselves for one hour and hopefully leave feeling stronger and empowered.

I woke up one day and found that I had lost myself. I had given up my successful corporate career to stay at home and be a wife and mother and thrown myself into those roles. One day I decided to try a Dailey Method class and was in tears at the end of it. It had been so long since I had focused on myself and I liked how that felt. I left each class feeling stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. I wanted to share that with others!

I studied under Jill Dailey herself and have been teaching for over 4 years. Continuing education is very important to me and I attend at least 2 workshops per year. I learn as much from my students and their bodies as they hopefully learn from me.

About the lesson

Normally a new client comes to class about 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and get a chance to walk around our studio. Also provides a great opportunity to meet the instructor and assess any injuries or modifications that may need to be taken during class. A strong emphasis is put on taking each exercise in each class at whatever level needed while making sure to challenge yourself.

I work with all ages from teenage girls with multiple sclerosis to help with their posture and pain to triathletes in need of flexibilty to free themselves from injury to 70 year olds who want to feel stronger. Bottom line is that it's a great workout for anyone at any stage!

Very important that you find the exercise that speaks to you with the group of people that will challenge, encourage, inspire and empower you. You need to find your tribe!

Recently I put together a Breast Cancer Awareness class to raise money for the local Susan G. Komen foundation that was outside with live music and included 2 other studios in the area to help team teach with me. It was a great time for a great cause.

A single class at the studio is $22 and we offer to new clients their first unlimited month for $75. Once your first month is done, we have auto-renew memberships as well class packages and a 15% discount is given to students, teachers and military.
