About Jameson
Holy City Fitness is a fitness & nutrition service in Summerville, South Carolina.
Jameson Blade, Senior Coach & Founder of HCF, is an ACE Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, and an experienced strength training athlete.
Throughout years spent conditioning in various athletic facilities, Jameson observed some suboptimal trends in the fitness industry:
One-size-fits-all programming on behalf of trainers; a lack of tailored programming based on each client’s unique state of health and musculoskeletal condition.
Overly-aggressive sales techniques.
Protein-heavy, micro-nutrient deficient diet recommendations and a general lack of knowledge in the area of healthful nutrition on behalf of fitness professionals.
A lack of community in the social makeup of gyms and perceivable disinterest in clients’ emotional drive and personal lives on behalf of gym staff and trainers; clients were often seen merely as sales opportunities.
In response to this lack, Jameson created Holy City Fitness. HCF is an empathetic fitness platform focused on exercise and progressive behavioral change strategies for people of all walks of life who wish to achieve their best health and physique.
At HCF we work hard to hold you accountable once you have communicated your goals. We keep your personal training sessions balanced and well rounded, help you foster a healthy self-image, and keep you physically challenged during every workout.
At HCF it’s our goal to foster meaningful relationships with our clients!
