About Kylie
My name is Kylie Baldwin!
I specialize in mindset, nutrition, gut health, fitness, eating disorders, creativity, stress and anxiety.
As your wellness coach, you'll have access to me one on one. I'll be your go to person for ideas, questions or resources. Whatever I can help you with!
What do you envision for yourself? We'll work towards that vision together. Everything will be individualized for your wants, needs and lifestyle.
I'm also a psychology student but I have flexibility and I am always reachable!

About the lesson

First I'll send you a health history form to fill out. This is so I can get to know your general health, lifestyle and goals.
Next, we'll have a fifty-minute call to talk through the form together. This way I'll know what's important to include in your action plan.
We'll have bi-weekly fifty-minute calls over the next 6 months to modify the action plans as you progress. We'll talk about any struggles, mindset changes, questions, anything that you want support in. Always feel free to ask questions or bring up ideas!
Make sure they're focused on supporting you. They should be willing to do extra research and find resources for you when the need arises. Wellness coaching goes beyond working with you one on one. They need to be willing to give you their time by preparing solutions or finding answers to your questions.
