About Ksenia
I'm not just a trainer and nutritionist, I'm also a fitness enthusiast and bikini competitor. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and an ISSA certified fitness nutritionist. I have years of experience helping people become the best version of themselves by adjusting their nutrition and providing a solid workout plan. I also train clients in person. I believe discipline is key when it comes to achieving fitness goals, and as a coach and bikini competitor I not only inspire and encourage my clients to be disciplined and consistent, I live that lifestyle myself thus setting an example for others at all times.
As an athlete and competitor I always look for ways to enhance my physique and performance as well as maintain the healthiest lifestyle possible. As I got deeper into fitness and nutrition, I developed a passion for coaching others as well. My goals is to provide my clients with optimal results so I am constantly looking for new research data to become a better coach and be up to date on the latest research in the industry.
American Council on Exercise Personal Fitness Trainer certification

About the lesson

There's an initial consultation to determine the client's goals, followed by a fitness evaluation to assess their fitness level. We talk about their preferences fitness and food wise, and start designing a personalized workout/meal plan in order to meet those goals.
Clients of all levels of fitness from beginner to experienced athletes are welcome to work with me. I've worked with people all over that spectrum, and it's my passion to be able to help anyone and everyone.
I have a passion for bodybuilding competitions and it's always an honor for me to compete on that stage and show case my best physique. I also love coaching clients who want to compete, and attending these shows with my clients, supporting them backstage and cheering for them in the audience is my favorite thing to do!

In person training ranges from 90 to 130 dollars per session, depending on the location and length of commitment.
A one time nutrition consultation is $85.
