About Kristy
I get extremely excited about guiding my clients to set goals and put them into action, keeping them motivated and involved, providing them with programs specific to their individual needs, and making sure their safety comes first. In my experience, most people can do so much more than they ever imagined and make unbelievable progress from our first sessions.
I tailor every client's workouts specifically for them—if they're having an "off week", we adjust to their level and then pick iut back up when they're 100% again.
My mission is to provide everyone with excellent service and to keep them engaged and enjoying their sessions, while they gain massive health benefits, such as—
*Lose weight or maintain a healthy weight
*Improve your mood and mindset
*Increase energy levels
*Strengthen the muscles and bones
*Reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and metabolic syndrome
