Clients ages 20's - 50's Weight-Loss Muscle-Gain Maintenance Toning Frequent Travelers And More!
Know what your goals are and try to find a trainer that matches. Ex. If you travel frequently and need workouts for the hotel and your gym at home then you would want a trainer who knows what its like having a traveling job or has worked with previous clients who have. In the example above I would be a good fit because I traveled frequently for my last job and understand the challenges faced.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are your goals? Ex. Lose 10lbs in 2 months or gain 10 pounds in 4 months. Have you worked out before? Have you followed a professional program? When are you available to workout? What days? What times?
