About Chukwuma

Coach C has been coaching and training for over 15 years, successfully transitioning young athletes to D1 programs, as well as professional basketball and football teams. His passion is pushing athletes to peak performance through dynamic and functional training, and building up other coaches and trainers around him in the process. Coach C is always researching and implementing new strategies and techniques, so you if you train with him, you can plan on moving your body in ways you never have before and developing mental toughness as you dig deeper than ever before. As a former football player and decorated basketball coach, Coach C has developed a system of training which translates to athletes in a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, football, and boxing, to name a few. Coach C has built a team of top coaches to bring you the highest quality training possible.

I just enjoy helping people reach thier full potential. I really enjoy being part of that process.

About the lesson

At Drive personal Training and Athletics we start with a simple phone call or video chat to discuss the potential clients background, goals and overall objective. This is a great chance to get to know one another and for the client to ask any questions regarding our process and approach. We then follow up with a onboarding email and avaliable times to schedule the initial client assesment. After this initial assesment we would discuss how we tailor the training to the clients particular needs and figure out frequency and duration of the training program.

I have worked with Youth, Middle School, High School and Professional athletes in Basketball, Football, Track and overall general fitness.

Meet the trainer it dosent matter how much knowledge the coach has if the client dosent feel supported and encouraged. It has to be a good fit!
