About Messiah
I am very passionate about helping and serving people. I played sports all my life and being active has honestly been the best part of my life. It had gave me the opportunity to play at the highest livel of sport for football. I've trained for over years and I just want to be able to eventually build enough relationships and clientele to open up my own gym
I enjoy how I feel after my workouts and how my body starts to feel better while I'm doing other daily things
Just got started basically off brainstorming a career job that I can do but also enjoy doing everyday
I have played football and been training by multiple different strength and conditioning coaches even on the NFL level. I don't have my certification yet but I will soon
