I started off with Personal Training of clients, then incorpared some small group training & recently have been working with who are POST CANCER helping them with Balance, Range of Motion/flexibility, Strength & building up their endurance

I start with having a initial meeting to understand their fitness goals & objectives, explain the way in which i can help them ie weight loss, type of training, time expectations to reach goals etc. We then do some basic fitness assesments to give myself and the client a knowledge of where our starting point will be.
Clients who have never done any fitness.
Weight loss clients.
Cancer Recovery Clients
People who want improve their running times.
Group Fitness.
Seniors.
I would recommend having an initial meeting so you can find out whether the trainer is the correct match for, also to see if they understand what your trying to achieve, also make sure to ask plenty questions, so you have peace of mind that this is the correct person to help you.
