About Andria

Learn fundamentals of olympic weightlifting and how to perform them safely in all other activities in your life, while also gaining strenght, confidence and experience in a the sport.

Being able to help others realize their potential and seeing how that positively reflects in all aspects of their life.

Started weightlifting while through CrossFit and fell in love. As I progressed, I began teaching my young daughters the technique and eventually coaching them. An opportunity came up to begin coaching at the gym I attended. After swing the positive impact this makes in other people became a passion for me, so I began studying and creating programs that are use skills relatable to everyday life.

22 years of service and leadership.
7 years as Certified Leadership Coach.
8 years of personal development in CrossFit.
4 years as USA Weightlifting Athlete.
3 years as Certified USA Weightlifting Coach. 3 years SafeSport Certified 3 years American Development Model (ADM) Certified Coached Weightlifting in Youth State, & National Level Coached Functional Fitness Classes (Individual & Group)

About the lesson

Conduct a virtual meet & greet to hear about your goals and answer any questions.

Meet in person to assess current fitness/mobility levels.

Establish a personalized program plan around your goals and schedule, where each session will build on itself to help you achieve your personal goals.

Have fun, gain confidence and see results.

I've had the opportunity to work with all types of students from beginners to competitive athletes. My passion is working with youth, teens, women and seniors to help them build strength and confidence physically and mentally.

Be open and honest with the coach about what you want, ask a lot of questions and ask for references.

Working with my 74 year old client who had a goal to deadlift 200 pounds before her 75th birthday and watching her put in the work to make that happen. She actually lifted 205. It's not about how much she lifted, it was more about watching her activity level strength continue to increase so that she can play with her grandkids. Watching her do things she never thought she could do and then help encourage others that if she could do it, they could too.
