About Ron
I am a well known certified personal trainer in the Westport, CT area. I hold a BS in Health Science.
I have been training my clients in boutique personal training studios, in their home and virtually as well.I have a wide range of clients with many ability levels. I have established a long term client interaction with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of my clients daily life.
In light of this pandemic the fitness industry has rapidly changed. My training venue may have shifted but my objective remains the same. I strive to give safe and effective workouts to clients at all fitness levels and meet their goals and needs.
I describe my sessions as challenging but simple and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility!
I have been a personal trainer since 1992. I have worked in Long Island, New York City , Connecticut, and upstate New York.
I am NSCA CPT and ACE certified, CPR Certified.
I enjoy having clients reach their goals and beyond.
