Do you have little experience working out or are you wanting to get back into the gym but feel a bit rusty? If so I can come up with a customized workout regime based on your goals and problem areas. Our first session together will include: Fitness assessment Weekly motivation and assessment Nutrition suggestions Supplement suggestions Unlimited e-mail and text support 3 one hour sessions a week max and more. Call for details. (concealed information)
I've worked with children as young as five up to adults as old as eighty seven. I've worked with morbidly obese clients and athletes.
Please watch the trainer if you can. Talk to them a few times before starting. Your trainer will be close to you. You need to have chemistry and get along well.
I'm fond of the most recent accomlishment of one of my clients (a boxer). I was training him to make weight and get conditioned for a fight and he won.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about if you're really ready to do this. Think about what obstacles have prevented you from reaching this goal in the past and what you're prepared to do to prevent that from stopping you again.
