About John
Thanks for checking us out! At Thrive Personal Training, it's all about you - your goals, your program, and your results! Many trainers use templates and cookie-cutter programs - just cut and paste and apply to the next client. At Thrive, your program is customized to meet your needs and abilities. For instance, while hour sessions are a good fit for many clients, we also offer 30 and 45 minute sessions (at a reduced price). Group/buddy training is an option too. Your goal may be to lose weight, build muscle, enhance your sports performance, or to simply move better and without pain. You might have several of these goals. Whatever your unique situation, together we will design a plan that will work for you. This not only includes our training time together, but also nutritional and exercise guidance for what to do outside of our workouts. Typically we start with a complimentary initial visit, where we set goals, review your exercise history, perform a couple of assessments, and determine the best program for you. Just send me a message to set that up, or to ask any questions you may have. Thanks and talk to you soon! Many clients start out not knowing what they are truly capable of. Oftentimes they've tried and failed many time to achieve their goals. Working with a trainer may be their last-ditch effort to attain the health and fitness that they've wanted for long time. I love to see my clients grow in confidence. I love to see them change from thinking they might be able to achieve their goals, to knowing they WILL achieve their goals. Most of all, I love to hear how their success in the gym has led to successes in the rest of their lives, such as greater focus, energy, and the enjoyment of favorite activities (like golf, gardening, etc.) that they had previously been avoiding. Basically, I enjoy helping my clients become healthier, happier people.
