About John
Complete Fitness! Based on science! I use my 30 plus years experience as a Master Trainer to develop custom training and nutritional plans for clients ranging from pro athletes to Moms and Dads
My mother was handy capable growing up. I would assist in daily exercise, meditation, nutrition, motivation and support for her from a very early age! She was loving and nurturing and was my motivation to learn everything I can on how to help people live their best life possible!
I'm a certified health/wellness and holistic nutrition coach, certified strength and conditioning coach, certified bodybuilding coach, certified master fitness trainer, certified MMA conditioning coach, certified corrective exercise specialist and have black belts in multiple martial art styles.

I have been a coach for over 30 years! I have a very diverse background few coaches have! I am a health and wellness coach, holistic nutrition coach, strength and conditioning coach, bodybuilding coach, MMA conditioning coach, master fitness trainer and Kung fu and self defense coach.
I start the new session making the client feel comfortable, I create a safe nonjudgmental environment for us to talk. Through a detailed medical/health history, lifestyle evaluation and a series of strategic open ended questions we hone in on the under laying root causes of issues the client is experiencing. Through my extensive training I am able to treat the client as a whole taking everything into consideration. Together we sort through the clues find the root causes and as a team we formulate the appropriate course of action.
