About Shivani
Shivani is a Certified Personal Trainer who has a passion for helping people grow and become better versions of themselves. She embraces all types of physical activity and believes that exercise is one of the simplest yet most effective cures for physical, emotional, and mental troubles. Shivani builds strong relationships with her clients to find out how she can best serve them and helps them find balance in their lives through holistic and natural remedies. Shivani also works with clients to correct and improve their motor development while utilizing practices of functional training to progress daily activities. Her health coaching focuses on encouraging her clients to become proactive and establish healthy habits so that they can offset better decisions in the future with ease and enjoyment.

Client’s will begin with a consultation and assessment so that the trainer and trainee can build a relationship to ensure a clear understanding of goals and needs between both parties. Each session will last 45min to an hour depending on the programming fit for the client (i.e. sessions allocated towards strength, cardiovascular, mobility, agility/coordination, power training). Initial training will begin with stabilization and balance exercises to see where the body is compensating and what muscles need to be strengthened versus lengthened. After a proper understanding of how each individual's body moves the warm-up protocol consists of myofascial releases and mobility exercises with activation movements following. The bulk of the training session will depend on the program written as mentioned previously. The coach will offer guidance on healthy habits, both physical and mental, as well as help support and hold the client accountable to encourage and achieve the best lifestyle suitable to the trainee.
