About Nick
With 20 years of experience in the health and fitness field, and 12 years experience specializing in law enforcement and firefighter fitness, Peaceful warrior wellness focuses on getting you strong, fit and healthy so you can be better in all aspects of your life. Academy and bootcamp preparation are at the top of the list for our small group training sessions. We know the demands of our first responders, and cater to meeting those needs. We also offer one-on-one personal training specific to your goals, nutritional plans, online programming, specialty workshops and education.
I have a masters degree in Kinesiology, certifed personal trainer, tactical strength and conditioning specialist, crossfit level 2, mat pilates, exercise prescription for special populations, and numerous certificates.
I love working with individuals who understand the neccessity to be healthy and fit. Not only physically but mentally. I ran the PT program in a large police force for over 10 years and currently work in a Sheriff's and fire academy here in S. California. I know what is required and I know what needs to be done to get you where you need to be, fast. I genuinely care about getting people fit and healthy so they can be better in all aspects of their lives.
